Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

Congratulations on your decision to become completely initiated into the Catholic Faith. The classes will prepare you for required sacraments, including Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. Our classes typically begin in late August or early September and meet once per week. The specific day of the week will be provided upon receipt of your registration.

Please fax your registration to (510) 581-9538 or mail your baptismal certificate (or Birth Certificate if you need Baptism) to the Church Office, after submitting your form and completing the online Paypal checkout.
